Artist's Description

Minimalist Photography/ Minimalism as Simple Geometry

A minimalist picture of a red wall structure with basic geometric shapes incorporate. A small black rectangular shape is seen through a big square. This was shot in peak afternoon and therefore you can see the harsh sun and the red walls glowing and some shadows being cast on the floor.

Location of the shot is Jantar Mantar - Jaipur

Jantar Mantar is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments built by the Maratha Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The monument was completed in 1734. It features the world's largest stone sundial, and is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
